   本機組是一種可以同時完成干燥和造粒的裝置。按工藝要求得到所需的按一定大小比例的顆粒。本機組工作過程為從真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓出來的物料和其他原料混合經(jīng)過管道送入高速混合機器內(nèi)混合，混合 出來的物料進料高速擠壓造粒機內(nèi)，擠壓出長條形規(guī)則的粒子，出料的粒子經(jīng)過振動給料機進料一 級立式圓形轉(zhuǎn)鼓沸騰干燥床，從一級出料的物料由螺旋輸送機出料，采用風(fēng)送進入二級臥室沸騰床 干燥出合格成品。尾粉和廢氣一起進料布袋除塵器或者旋風(fēng)分離器進行固氣分離，廢氣有排風(fēng)風(fēng)機 排空。
    本機組的熱源裝置采用蒸汽加熱，具有操作方便、啟動快、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、熱風(fēng)干凈清潔等優(yōu)點。
